Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies.
Skills

- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards.
