What You'll Do
-
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
-
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
-
Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
-
Support and collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members
-
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
-
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
-
Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate care
What We're Looking For
-
Active Florida LPN license in good standing (required)

Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care experience preferred

Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM), including weekends and holidays as needed
