Clean Juice Alpharetta is seeking a dependable, high-energy Senior Shift Lead ready to take on near-Assistant Manager level responsibility. In this role, you will lead daily store operations, drive shift efficiency, and oversee key administrative functions like inventory management. You will serve as the primary leadership presence during morning shifts, setting the standard for team performance, product quality, and high-touch hospitality.
Schedule & Availability
- Required Shift Window: Weekdays from 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Frequency: 3 to 5 shifts per week (consistent, non-seasonal availability)
Key Responsibilities
- Solo Store Openings & Shift Leadership: Open the store independently, prepare operations for the day, and direct team workflow to maintain fast, efficient service.
- Inventory Control & Management: Conduct full inventory counts, monitor stock levels, track waste, and manage product turnover.
- Guest Relations & Problem Resolution: Maintain top-tier customer service, handle complex guest complaints, and foster customer loyalty.
- Operational Efficiency: Multitask across POS transactions, food prep, and order fulfillment while optimizing shift pacing.
- Quality Assurance: Hand-craft juices, smoothies, and bowls while enforcing health, safety, and brand quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience Required: Proven experience as a Shift Lead/Supervisor and prior Barista experience.
- Administrative & Organizational Skills: Strong organizational aptitude with experience managing inventory and stock precision.
- Reliability: Exceptional punctuality and track record of executing solo store openings.
- Leadership Style: Calm under pressure, strong problem-solving ability, and clear communication skills.

- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time;
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
