Position Overview
This is not a social media marketing position.
We're looking for an Email Marketing & Sales Support Manager to own our email marketing initiatives and help our sales team generate new business and better serve existing customers.
Your primary focus will be creating, managing, testing, and optimizing email campaigns while developing professional marketing materials, customer retention campaigns, webinar promotions, and sales resources.

Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns
- Build and optimize automated email sequences
- Develop campaigns for prospective and existing customers
- Perform A/B testing on subject lines, messaging, offers, and send times
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results
- Keep marketing campaigns active, organized, and up to date
Customer Retention
- Create onboarding campaigns for new customers
- Build customer retention and re-engagement campaigns
- Develop reorder reminder and follow-up email sequences
- Launch marketing campaigns for new products and business partners
Sales Support
- Create product information sheets and sales collateral
- Build email templates and follow-up sequences for the sales team
- Maintain and organize marketing assets
- Ensure sales materials remain current and professionally designed
Webinar & Event Marketing
- Coordinate educational webinars with business partners
- Schedule webinars and coordinate logistics
- Create webinar invitation campaigns
- Build registration and reminder email sequences
- Create post-webinar follow-up campaigns
- Provide sales representatives with attendee and follow-up information
Marketing Operations
- Manage CRM email templates and automations
- Organize customer lists and segmentation
- Track campaign performance and provide reporting
- Build scalable marketing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Qualifications Required
- 2+ years of email marketing experience
- B2B marketing experience
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
- Experience building automated email campaigns and customer journeys
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Experience with Canva or similar design software
- Excellent organization and project management skills
Preferred
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Experience supporting a sales organization
- Experience planning webinars, virtual events, or educational marketing campaigns
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing company

Compensation
Competitive base salary based on experience, plus direct performance-based incentives.
