TEXGEN WATER SOLUTIONS is a growing water treatment company in the Greater Austin area, and we are looking for a reliable, licensed, and insured Master Plumber to handle our residential water softener and under-sink Reverse Osmosis (RO) system installations.
This is a 1099 contractor position offering ultimate flexibility—choose part-time or full-time volume based on your availability. We provide all the equipment and materials; you just show up with your tools, truck, and expertise.

Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality installations of residential whole-home water softeners and under-sink RO systems.
- Assess installation sites to determine the best approach for standard interior loops or exterior valve tie-ins.
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace and provide a brief, friendly walkthrough of the system to the homeowner upon completion.
- Ensure all work complies with local Texas plumbing codes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- License: Must hold an active Texas Master Plumber license (Required).
- Insurance: Must carry active General Liability insurance.
- Experience: Proven experience specifically installing residential water softeners and under-sink RO units.
- Tools & Transportation: Must have your own reliable truck/van and a complete set of plumbing tools.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to service the Greater Austin, TX area.
- Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused.
