The base rate is $25 per hour, with the potential to earn more depending on the type of job and client requirements. Pay is not reduced if the job is completed faster than estimated.
Inviting Spaces Cleaning Co. is a reputable, high-quality cleaning company known for exceptional service and strong client relationships. We are currently seeking experienced Independent Cleaning Contractors to join our team.
As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to choose your own jobs and set your own schedule. We are committed to delivering outstanding results for our clients and are looking for professionals who take pride in their work and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and efficient cleaning services for residential and commercial properties
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistent quality standards
- Respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality while on-site
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of professional cleaning experience, preferably in residential and commercial settings
- Proven track record of high-quality service and excellent client satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions regarding cleaning methods and techniques
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job locations
- Excellent attention to detail and consistency in cleaning standards
- Must provide all necessary cleaning equipment and supplies
- Strong communication skills and professional client interaction - must speak fluent English
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional results
- Minimum of two references required (MANDATORY)
Contract Type
Independent Contractor (1099)
Note: As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and legal obligations.

- Monday through Friday
- On-call availability
- Weekends as needed
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
