As a Warranty Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential plumbing warranty issues while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Respond to residential warranty service calls in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate repairs
- Repair and replace plumbing fixtures, faucets, water lines, drain lines, and related components
- Communicate effectively with homeowners regarding repairs and warranty coverage
- Document service calls accurately and completely
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory
- Ensure all work is performed safely and meets local plumbing codes and company standards
- Coordinate with builders, homeowners, and management to resolve warranty concerns
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every interaction
Qualifications
- Plumbing experience required
- Residential service or warranty experience preferred
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing systems independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing materials and equipment
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
