Senior Site Superintendent – High-Rise Multifamily Construction

Bullpen is partnered with a premier real estate developer and general contractor seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to lead the field execution of large-scale high-rise multifamily developments throughout the Seattle market.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional field leader who can drive schedule, quality, safety, and subcontractor performance while mentoring project teams and maintaining strong relationships with ownership, consultants, and local authorities.
The Opportunity
As the Senior Site Superintendent, you will have overall responsibility for the successful execution of high-rise construction projects, overseeing daily field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You'll collaborate closely with Project Management while leading superintendents, field staff, subcontractors, inspectors, consultants, and vendors throughout every phase of construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project mobilization through completion.
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple trades and subcontractors.
- Drive overall project schedule and proactively identify opportunities to improve sequencing and efficiency.
- Coordinate with Project Management on budgets, forecasting, milestones, and project reporting.
- Develop and implement site logistics plans for complex urban construction projects.
- Review drawings for constructability, logistics, and scheduling opportunities.
- Manage procurement and coordination of site materials.
- Maintain detailed site documentation and evaluate impacts of field changes.
- Ensure subcontractors perform in accordance with contract documents and project specifications.
- Partner with safety personnel to maintain a safe and compliant jobsite.
- Lead quality control inspections and ensure work meets company standards.
- Allocate field resources effectively to maintain productivity.
- Anticipate project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement contingency plans when necessary.
- Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and other field personnel.
- Coordinate with local jurisdictions, inspectors, consultants, and community stakeholders throughout construction.
- Support multiple high-rise projects within the greater Seattle market as needed.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
- Extensive experience leading high-rise multifamily or mixed-use construction projects.
- Proven success managing complex concrete high-rise developments from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage large field teams.
- Excellent scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, site logistics, safety, quality control, and project execution.
- Experience working collaboratively with Project Managers, consultants, engineers, and ownership teams.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Pay: $175,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
