Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic senior marketing specialist to lead and execute innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive business growth. Individual will be in-office on the phone in a sales-driven role using company-provided leads. The position also includes customer success responsibilities as well as supporting partners and clients.

Duties
- Build and maintain strong partner and referral relationships
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to referral partners using provided leads
- Serve as a point of contact for for business partners and potential clients
- Drive conversions and consistently meet sales and outreach goals
- Support client onboarding and ensure a positive post-sale experience
- Document leads and client information in the company software.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and sales strategies

Qualifications
- Organized and driven self starter
- Strong communication with good interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with building and developing new relationships
- Experience with CRM Software
Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
