Job Summary
Buobuo LLC is a small boba catering business in Costa Mesa, CA. We serve various special events including weddings, birthdays, and corporate gatherings.
Join our team as a Boba Catering and Kitchen Staff member, where you will play a vital role in creating and serving tea drinks at events and in our café.
Responsibilities
- Prepare boba beverages and toppings to serve at events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation and handling.
- Ensure punctuality by arriving at events and the central kitchen on time.
- Safely transport equipment and supplies to and from catered events.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including loading and unloading equipment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering or food service industry preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment and supplies.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
