Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Fabricate high-end custom cabinetry, vanities, built-ins to precise specifications
- Work with solid wood, veneers, hardwood plywood, and exotic materials with confidence
- Assemble cabinetry with exacting standards for fit and finish
- Maintain the integrity of high-end finishes during fabrication and installation
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and plans with minimal supervision
- Collaborate closely with designers and project managers to ensure fabrication aligns with vision
- Install cabinetry, crown molding, trim, and panel systems in luxury residential settings
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace in both the shop and job sites
- Troubleshoot and adjust for field conditions with confidence and craftsmanship
- Safely operate woodworking equipment (table saws, routers, shapers, edge banders, sanders, etc.)
- Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a culture of professionalism and respect
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in finish carpentry with demonstrated expertise in custom cabinet and furniture fabrication
- Mastery of woodworking techniques and modern shop equipment
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute from CAD or hand-drawn shop drawings
- High attention to detail, craftsmanship, and finish quality
- Experience working in luxury residential environments preferred
- Must own reliable transportation and basic tools (specialty tools provided)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and handle full-time shop and install work
- Punctual, accountable, and able to self-manage time
- Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and legal ability to work in the U.S.
