Live-In Nanny / Housekeeper – Join Our Family

We are a loving, respectful family in Northwest Indiana seeking a full-time live-in nanny/housekeeper who is looking for more than just a job—we hope to find someone who will become a valued part of our family.
Our home is beautiful, peaceful, exceptionally clean, smoke-free, alcohol-free, drug-free, and pet-free. We provide a private bedroom and private bathroom, and we believe in treating the person who joins our family with kindness, appreciation, and respect.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-kept home
- Laundry, light ironing, and household organization
- General housekeeping and attention to detail
- Care for our daughter, who is almost 4 years old, after housekeeping duties are completed. She attends school during part of the day, so childcare is mainly needed before or after school and when she is home.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Warm, caring, patient, and trustworthy
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Experienced in both housekeeping and childcare
- Able to pass a background check
- Non-smoker and committed to a drug-free lifestyle
- Looking for a long-term position with a family who will value and respect her
- Able to work independently and take pride in keeping a home beautiful
We have always had wonderful experiences with caregivers from the Philippines, and our daughter has naturally formed very close bonds with them. We welcome applicants who share that same caring, family-oriented approach and passion for working with children.
