Every day, you'll meet with homeowners who are experiencing water quality concerns, hard water, plumbing issues, or simply want healthier, better-tasting water for their family. Your role is to understand what's important to them, explain what their water test results mean, present multiple customized solutions, and help them confidently choose the option that best fits their home, lifestyle, and budget.
There are no one-size-fits-all recommendations here.
Every home is different. Every family has different priorities. You'll become the trusted advisor who helps customers make informed decisions they'll feel good about for years to come.

You'll perform water consultations, educate homeowners, answer questions, and recommend customized solutions based on each customer's unique water quality, home, and goals.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home water consultations

Review water testing results with homeowners

Understand each customer's concerns and priorities

Present multiple solution options and explain the benefits of each

Recommend customized water treatment and plumbing solutions

Prepare accurate proposals

Coordinate with installation teams

Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through installation
Qualifications

Has sales experience. Plumbing, HVAC, or home improvement experience preferred

Strong relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Comfortable educating customers and offering multiple solutions so customers can pick the option that best suits their needs

Self-motivated and goal-oriented
-
Valid driver's license
