Job Description
United Dream Real Estate is growing! We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team. The project resides in Tallahassee, Fl and is well capitalized. The company is involved in the ownership and management of apartments, as well as construction of multi family developments.

Pay: $45,000 - $50,000 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Administrative: 1 year (Required)
- Atleast 5 years of experience with distressed properties is a must and some
traveling may be required
- Must have knowledge of local public housing rules and regulations and tax
credit knowledge is a must.
- Must be knowledgeable with Appfolio operating system.
Work Location:
- One location - small apartment community. 107 units.
