Talent Specialist (Interview Coordinator)

Pay Rate: $25/hr on W2 ONLY
Locations: Detroit, MI or Charlotte, NC
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple teams and time zones.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and scheduling.
- Track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to candidate and stakeholder inquiries.
- Identify and resolve workflow or system-related issues.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support high-volume recruiting activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Coordination, HR, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and interview scheduling tools is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
