We are excited to welcome a Quality Compliance Specialist to our Quality & Compliance Department!
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical professional who is passionate about behavioral health, quality improvement, compliance, and making a difference. In this role, you will play an important part in helping Colonial Behavioral Health maintain the highest standards of quality, integrity, and regulatory compliance.
Work Schedule
Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required based on department needs.
Skills and Qualifications

Ability to understand and apply policies related to programs and services for individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Strong ability to prioritize, take initiative, manage time effectively, and work consistently and independently.

Ability to learn and apply quality improvement tools and techniques in a behavioral health environment.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and use information to support quality improvement.

Two years of work experience with individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance use disorder preferred.

Valid driver’s license is required.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate Degree in a human services field required,

Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field. preferred.
DMV record must be submitted with application.
