About the Role
As an Industrial Facilities Maintenance Manager, you will lead the technical strategy for our production environment, ensuring peak equipment performance and facility reliability. You will drive operational excellence by managing complex mechanical and electrical systems while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across the maintenance department.
Responsibilities-
Direct and optimize preventative maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan and reduce unplanned downtime.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, promoting technical proficiency and cross-functional collaboration.

Oversee the CMMS and work order management systems to ensure precise documentation, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Manage inventory procurement and vendor partnerships to ensure the availability of critical parts and specialized services.

Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, including LOTO and hazard mitigation, to maintain a secure work environment.

Collaborate with engineering teams to execute facility upgrades and integrate new industrial automation solutions.

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience within an industrial or manufacturing maintenance setting.

Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Strong ability to interpret complex technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a focus on team-oriented problem solving.

Technical certifications in industrial maintenance or related electrical/mechanical fields.

Hands-on experience with PLC programming, VFDs, and industrial robotics.

Proven track record of managing departmental budgets and vendor service contracts.

OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification and deep knowledge of industrial safety regulations.
