Air Alliance Team Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are seeking a technician who can confidently diagnose, service, and install commercial HVAC equipment while providing professional service to our customers.

One of the advantages of this position is that we service a large commercial customer account that helps provide consistent commercial work throughout the year. Technicians typically work within our primary St. Louis and St. Charles County service areas.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Service RTUs, split systems, package units, controls, and related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Complete installations and equipment replacements as needed
- Communicate professionally with customers and office staff
- Maintain accurate service documentation
- Work independently and manage daily service calls efficiently
Qualifications
- 5+ years HVAC experience preferred
- Commercial HVAC experience required
- St. Louis County Mechanical License is not required; however, candidates with an active license will receive priority consideration
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Strong communication and customer service skills
