KAI is seeking a high-level MEP Engineering Business Development and Sales Executive to lead strategic growth initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding strategic partnerships, developing major pursuits, and closing high-value engineering and integrated project opportunities across targeted local, regional, and national market sectors.
This is not a traditional sales role. The ideal candidate will operate as a senior-level relationship strategist, industry connector, and trusted advisor capable of navigating complex project ecosystems involving owners, developers, institutions, airport authorities, healthcare systems, architects, contractors, program managers, and public/private stakeholders.
- Identify, pursue, and secure high-value MEP engineering opportunities

Lead complex sales cycles from prospect identification through contract execution.

Develop strategic growth plans aligned with national business objectives.

Build executive-level relationships with airport authorities, healthcare systems, universities, developers, and institutional stakeholders.

Represent KAI at conferences, networking events, and executive forums.

Collaborate closely with engineering leadership, marketing, and executive teams to develop pursuit strategies and close opportunities.
