Medical Scheduler

Georgia Breast Care is a breast surgery specialty practice in Woodstock, GA, dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Scheduler to join our growing team.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and follow-up visits
- Manage incoming and outgoing patient referrals
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations as needed
- Communicate with patients regarding appointment details, prep instructions, and reminders
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to manage daily schedules and accommodate urgent cases
- Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system
- Handle incoming calls and patient inquiries with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
- Prior scheduling or front-office experience in a medical office (specialty/surgical practice a plus)
- Familiarity with EHR/scheduling software; eClinicalWorks experience a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- A patient-first attitude and attention to detail
- A passion for women's health
- This is a patient-facing role

- Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
