GROUP ROOM SALES / INVENTORY COORDINATOR

Answering multi-line phone to handle guest reservations, preparing reservations for future arrivals, input group arrival reservations, and help front desk agents as needed. Act as contact between sales staff and reservations. Assists in the administration and assignment of transient rate code to best room types to support daily arrivals. Assists with VIP and other special attention guests as directed by the Front Desk/Reservations manager.
Minimum qualifications:
Minimum of one-year direct customer service experience required. Previous reservations experience and supervisory experience preferred. Must have strong computer, customer relations, and telephone skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to problem-solve. Must have an outgoing & positive demeanor. Must be flexible in scheduling.
