About the Role
We are seeking a compliance engineer to conduct on-site engineering CE evaluations to help machine manufacturers determine the compliance of machines intended for the EU market according to Apave Company’s machinery safety compliance Services. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary link between our engineering team and the equipment manufacturers who need our services to access European markets.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Technical Assistance: Assisting our current and potential clients in understanding
their European regulatory compliance needs regarding their machinery and to meet compliance requirements. Providing technical advice regarding the acceptability of the
field CE examination. Conducting preliminary off-site documentation reviews. Conducting
on-site evaluations.
Reports & Follow-up: Generating examination and tests report in coordination with our engineering team and securing the limits of support.
Project Management: Oversee the administrative, financial, and contractual lifecycle of
projects, ensuring operational and commercial success.
Relationship: Building and initiating long-term trust with clients to promote and explain
our safety compliance services, to respond to address client concerns.

Requirements
Expertise: Experience and excellent knowledge of CE requirements and standards used in
scope of machinery evaluations. Knowledge of EMC is a plus.
Communication: Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing in regulatory and
technical vocabulary with our customers.
Background: University Degree (Bachelor’s degree) in Engineering, Engineering
Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing Technology or Physics.
Computer skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word and Excel.
Travel: Willingness to frequent travel requirements (50-70 %).
