Optometric Patient Care Coordinator – Full Time
Private eye care practice seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for a fast-paced front office role. Paid training provided. No weekends. This role is central to creating a smooth, welcoming patient experience from check-in to follow-up scheduling.
What you’ll do
- Greet and check in/out patients in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule and manage appointments in an optometry clinic setting
- Answer phones and assist with patient questions
- Verify insurance and support basic administrative workflows
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
