Vantage Signs is a growing full-service sign company specializing in custom signs, vehicle graphics, illuminated signage, and installation services throughout the region.
We're looking for a hands-on Production Technician who enjoys building things, working with tools, solving problems, and learning new skills. This position is ideal for someone who likes variety and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Every day is different in our shop. One day you may be applying vinyl graphics, the next assisting with fabrication, painting, sign assembly, electrical components, or preparing projects for installation.
We are not looking for someone who wants to stand at the same workstation performing the same task every day. We're looking for a versatile team member who enjoys wearing multiple hats, tackling new challenges, and growing alongside our company.
Experience in signs, fabrication, welding, painting, vinyl graphics, manufacturing, construction, or related trades is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do
- Fabricate and assemble a variety of custom signs and graphics
- Apply vinyl graphics and printed materials
- Assist with painting, finishing, and quality control
- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely
- Prepare projects for installation
- Support production of both illuminated and non-illuminated signage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with teammates to meet production schedules and quality standards

Experience That Helps (But Isn't Required)
- Sign industry experience
- Vinyl graphics installation
- Welding or metal fabrication
- Painting and finishing
- CNC/router operation
- Electrical or LED sign experience
- Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software
- Manufacturing, construction, automotive, or trade experience
