What You’ll Do as Houseperson

Clean and Sanitize: Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public areas including lobbies, restrooms, and hallways.
- Manage Waste: Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to proper disposal areas.
- Restock Supplies: Ensure public restrooms and common areas are stocked with necessary items.
- Report Issues: Promptly report maintenance needs or damage to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.
- Support Housekeeping: Assist room attendants by collecting trash or linens and replenishing housekeeping supplies.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional manner.
- Maintain Exterior Areas: Help keep immediate outdoor hotel surroundings clean and tidy.
What You’ll Bring

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet cleanliness standards.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior hotel, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus.
