Detroit Yoga Institute™ Corporate Wellness Division is seeking qualified wellness professionals for consideration as Authorized Wellness Professional Candidates.
This opportunity is designed for wellness professionals who may be interested in DYI’s Authorized Wellness Professional Training Pathway and future corporate, educational, organizational, and community wellness placement opportunities.
This is not a traditional employment position and does not guarantee employment, authorization, placement, or assigned hours. Selected applicants may be invited to continue through DYI’s internal review, training, vetting, and readiness process.
Authorized Wellness Professional Candidates may be considered for future opportunities involving workplace wellness, breathwork, mindfulness, chair-based movement, gentle yoga, stress reduction, staff wellness, educational wellness, and community-based wellness support.
Candidates should be professional, dependable, and able to work respectfully in corporate, educational, institutional, or community environments.
Ideal candidates may have experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Yoga instruction
- Chair yoga or accessible movement
- Breathwork facilitation
- Meditation or mindfulness
- Corporate wellness
- Youth or school-based wellness
- Trauma-informed wellness
- Community wellness
- Healthcare or clinical-adjacent wellness environments
- Staff wellness or group facilitation
Candidate responsibilities may include:
- Participating in DYI’s review and readiness process
- Submitting required credentials and professional information
- Completing assigned training or preparation requirements
- Following DYI Corporate Wellness Division standards and protocols
- Facilitating wellness services only when authorized and approved
- Maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and appropriate boundaries
- Representing DYI responsibly in corporate or organizational settings
Requirements:
- Prior wellness, yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, movement, or related facilitation experience
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable availability for training, review, or future placement opportunities
- Willingness to follow DYI standards and corporate wellness protocols
- Ability to work with diverse populations and professional environments
- Detroit-area availability for in-person or hybrid opportunities preferred
Compensation:
Compensation may vary by assignment, client contract, service type, authorization status, and placement availability. Posted pay range is an estimate for future contract-based opportunities and does not guarantee employment, hours, authorization, or placement.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
