Choice Health at Home is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Administrative Specialist to support our Home Office team. As the first point of contact for employees, patients, referral sources, and visitors, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment while providing administrative support to leadership and various departments.

Greet visitors and serve as the front desk receptionist

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally

Provide administrative and clerical support to leadership and departments

Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

Coordinate office supplies and vendor orders

Schedule travel arrangements, including hotels, rental cars, and meals

Assist with meetings, special events, and company conferences

Maintain office directories and contact information

Provide data entry and general computer support

Order flowers and bereavement arrangements as requested

Maintain confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer service

Represent the agency with professionalism and a positive attitude

High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred

One year of office or administrative experience preferred

Licensed LVN in Texas
-
Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus

Knowledge of medical terminology preferred

Strong computer, communication, and organizational skills

Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities
