We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shift Manager to lead our cashier team through dynamic daily operations. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee store functions, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Duties
- Supervise daily store operations for the front, ensuring smooth shift transitions and operational efficiency
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training, coaching, and performance management
- Oversee cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and timecard processing with accuracy and integrity
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming experience to customers
Experience
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in restaurant environments
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively across shifts
- Excellent communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated proficiency in retail math, POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling
- Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training new staff
- Knowledge of restaurant management best practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
