Overview
We are hiring an Entry Level Marketing & Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services inside partnered retail locations. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on face-to-face customer engagement, brand promotion, and sales.
No prior experience is required — paid training is provided.
This position is:

- Not door-to-door
- Not commission-only
What You’ll Do
- Represent AT&T wireless and internet services inside retail locations
- Engage with customers and introduce current promotions and offerings
- Educate customers on devices, plans, and service options
- Assist with new activations, upgrades, and account changes
- Provide professional, face-to-face customer service
- Work with your team to meet daily and weekly performance goals
- Maintain a positive and professional brand presence
Compensation
- Base pay: $800–$1,000 per week
- Additional commission and performance bonuses
- Weekly pay
- W-2 employment (taxes withheld)
- Paid training provided
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working with customers in person
- Goal-oriented and coachable
- Reliable transportation
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Schedule
- Full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)
- Retail schedule (includes weekends)
