- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and vehicle inspections
- Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs
- Learn manufacturer repair procedures and best practices
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle concerns
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
- Follow safety procedures and dealership standards
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
- Deliver quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive repair experience
- Vocational, technical, or trade school training
- Previous experience using hand and power tools
- ASE certifications (not required)
