Calibration Technician Requirements
Precision Measurement Inc. is seeking a Calibration Technician to support our calibration laboratory and on-site service work. This position requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and the ability to follow established calibration procedures and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Previous calibration, PMEL, TMDE, metrology, or related technical experience preferred
- Ability to follow calibration procedures, SOPs, manufacturer specifications, and quality requirements
- Experience using test, measurement, and diagnostic equipment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, specifications, and work instructions
- Basic computer skills for entering data, completing reports, and maintaining calibration records
- Ability to document work clearly and accurately
- Must be dependable, organized, and able to manage assigned workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift, move, or handle equipment as needed
- Must be willing to support on-site calibration work when required
- Military metrology or calibration experience is a plus
- ISO/IEC 17025 experience is a plus
Pay: $25.69 - $40.94 per hour
