What You’ll Do
- Train clients in one-on-one and small-group settings
- Design customized workout programs to help clients reach their goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and track progress
- Lead group fitness or personal training sessions
- Engage, motivate, and retain clients through positive relationships
- Participate in outreach and client prospecting (calls, demos, consultations)
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment
- Assist in selling and scheduling personal training packages
You’ll also have the opportunity to learn directly from JayTheBody — creator of The Secret Formula — to sharpen your coaching, sales, and business-building skills.

Qualifications
Required:
- Preferred Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) or we can help you get one
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Physiology, or related field
- 6 months to 1 year of personal training or practical experience
- Sales or customer service experience (training provided)
