Responsibilities:
· Welcome members and guests in a timely and professional manner
· Take food and drink orders
· Prepare and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
· Assist with food delivery
· Effectively manage multiple tables
· Assist with setting up buffets and events throughout the season
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas
· Complete assigned opening and closing duties
· Provide enticing menu recommendations to enhance the Member experience
· Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
· Deliver remarkable customer service in all Club areas
Skills, qualifications and attributes:
- Maintaining a smile and a positive attitude throughout the workday
- Attention to detail for precise drink preparation and food service
- Capacity to learn menu items, including food and beverage options, to provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting and to start projects during down time
- Skill in prioritizing tasks to ensure timely service and a smooth workflow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and anticipate their needs
- Both Server and bartending experience is a plus
- Promote a friendly and supportive Team atmosphere
Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- College Degree is a plus
