- Engine repair technician (lawnmowers, compact tractors, utility vehicles, etc.)
Duties:
- Ability to diagnose & repair issues correctly.
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues accurately.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, repair options, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in heavy lifting of equipment as necessary during repair processes.
Experience
- Equipment repair experience required.
- Proven experience as a Small Engine Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing heavy lifting as required by the job duties.

- Responsibilities and Duties Must be able to read, write, pass a drug test, have a clean driving record, be reliable, complete average repairs, be able to diagnose issues, order parts proficiently, keep an inventory of parts, equipment and service schedule. Also, must be able to diagnose and repair electrical issues and complete routine services. This position will require some heavy lifting and a good portion of the day working on your feet, not in a seated position.
Schedule:
M-F 8-5, seasonal Saturdays 8-12. Overtime available during busy season.
