Job Summary
Looking for Associate Attorney with 0-2 years experience to join our tight knit team at Agemian Law Group. Opportunity presents room for growth and development as well as tremendous practical learning experience. The right fit is somebody who works well with others but also can perform there work independently and without constant oversight.
Duties Include:
- Drafting/Preparing Complaints for filing
- Propounding and Responding to Discovery
- Drafting/Preparing Meet and Confer Correspondence
- Maintaining Calendar
- Making court Appearances
- Defending and Taking Depositions; if inexperienced, opportunity to observe
- Overseeing 20-40 litigation files
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
