POSITION SUMMARY: The mission of the Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is to bring a superior level of service to the local community, ensuring that members and guests have a exceptional lake living experience that will not only encourage return visits, but generate excitement and, ultimately, increase pride in property ownership and property values. The Food & Beverage Team is the front line to deliver this experience, at The Cove Dining.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures
- Culinary experience or background in food industry operations is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques such as upselling and guest engagement
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
