Position Title and Overview:
The Auberle Chief Program Officer CPO is a new C-Suite position that reports directly to the COO to ensure programs directly achieve the organization's social impact goals. The CPO is a senior executive responsible for the strategic pursuit, design, delivery, and measurement of our programs and departments.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Translates Auberle's high-level vision into actionable, scalable community programs and services through innovative methods and funding proposals
- Team Leadership: Directly supervises program directors/managers, overseeing staff recruitment, professional development, and program coordination.
- Impact Evaluation: Establishes data-driven benchmarks to measure program effectiveness, reporting outcomes to the board and major donors.
- Budget Oversight: Collaborates with executive leadership to build annual program budgets and ensure the optimal allocation of funding.
Location and Travel Requirements:
This position is primarily located in McKeesport, PA.
Travel required for this position is regular.
Position Requirements:
- Master's degree preferred, bachelor's degree required.

Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance.

Ten years of management and leadership experience

Demonstrated experience with contracts, budgets, and highly regulated programming
- Preference given to Behavioral Health oversight experience
- Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.

Proficiency with data-driven decision-making tools, electronic health records or case management systems, and standard business applications (Microsoft 365)
- Requires working varied hours, including evenings, some weekends and holidays.

Involves exposure to tobacco smoke, domestic animals, household pests, and other conditions common to domestic environments.
