Skills/Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate competency to provide effective and nurturing teacher-child interactions
- Observe and assess children's growth and development
- Assist teacher in classroom environment, safety, curriculum implementation and documentation
- Bilingual required- Spanish
- Work with challenging behaviors
- Demonstrate competency to provide effective and nurturing teacher-child interactions
- Experience:
- Previous experience working in childcare with preschool children and challenging behavior is recommended
Experience:

Education:
- Teacher assistants must have achieved the following: at least a child development associate credential (CDA); or enrolled in a program leading to an associate or bachelor degree; or enrolled in a child development associate credential program to be completed within two years.
