Job Summary

Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory instruments while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with applicable standards. Maintain laboratory safety, equipment calibration, and data integrity requirements.
Job Description
- Perform routine analytical testing of samples for process and quality control purposes.
- Prepare samples and operate analytical equipment, including pH meters, density meters, and viscometers.
- Operate laboratory information systems to record and manage test results.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
- Perform daily instrument calibrations and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Follow ISO standards, laboratory procedures, and safety requirements.
- Handle and manage laboratory materials in accordance with hazardous waste regulations.
- Communicate test results, equipment concerns, and other laboratory issues effectively.
- Support laboratory operations in a 24/7 environment and work overtime as needed.
Skills Required
- 3–4 years of relevant laboratory or chemical analysis experience preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical analysis and laboratory testing procedures.
- Basic knowledge of HPLC and GC operations.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot analytical laboratory equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and hazardous waste regulations.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as required.
Education/Training/Certifications
- Background or education in chemistry, chemical analysis, laboratory science, or a related field.
- Training in laboratory testing procedures and analytical equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and laboratory quality systems is preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass drug screenings and criminal background checks
- Must be available to work the 10:30 PM–6:30 AM Monday–Friday shift.
- Must be flexible to work other shifts and overtime based on business needs.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 laboratory environment.
Pay Rate/Salary
- Estimated Salary: $22.14 to $30.14 per hour. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors.
