Very busy home care agency in is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant in WASHINGTON HEIGHTS and/or the BRONX. Responsibilities include communicating with patients and caregivers, taking notes and documenting, making phone calls, customer service, multi-tasking and meeting deadlines, working at a fast pace.
Requirements are as follows:
-MUST be BILINGUAL in English and Spanish
-Must be able to use Microsoft Office
-Must be responsible and have good references
-Must have good customer service
-SALES experience is a PLUS!
