Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Water Well Driller to join our team in the Water Well industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in drilling operations. This role involves working on construction sites, utilizing various machinery to ensure efficient drilling processes while adhering to safety regulations and standards.
Duties
- Operate heavy drilling equipment, including backhoe, excavator and water trucks, to perform Water Well Drilling tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling operations effectively.
- Utilize commercial driving skills to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Skills
- Proficient in Water Well Drilling, heavy equipment operation, including backhoe and excavator machinery and forklifts.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues .
- Must have two to three years of Welding experience.
- Familiarity with construction site environments and safety practices.
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) preferred for transporting equipment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
