Prep Specialist (Full-Time)
Pay: Starting at $18/hour (+ Growth Opportunities)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM, occasional weekend hours

What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces for painting (sanding, cleaning, filling, and finishing)
- Perform detail work, including use of fillers like bondo (preferred)
- Ensure all work meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Support light carpentry and construction tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in painting and prep work (bondo experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Basic carpentry or construction skills are a bonus
