Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of Gas Station/Convenience Store experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills preferred
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays and on-call
Job Duties:
The Store Clerk / Cashier role requires constant standing up to eight hours. Frequent lifting of one to ten pounds and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds is required.
1. Operating cash register and serving customers.
2. Completing daily store tasks including but not limited to:
- Sweeping/Mopping floor
- Trash collection inside/outside store
- Dusting/Fronting of products on shelves
- Occasionally filling up soda/beer cooler
- Stocking and displaying merchandise
- Maintaining general cleanliness of the location
3. Follow all corporate, local and state policies and procedures
4. Demonstrate great customer service skills to create customer loyalty and a positive work environment
5. Maintain Store Image and Store Standards
