American Traveler is hiring a Travel Mammography Technologist for a 13-week assignment at a Level II Trauma Center, requiring 2+ years of mammography experience and MQSA compliance.

Work in the Mammography department of a 450-bed Level II Trauma Center serving a large regional patient population
-
Performs general mammography including screening and diagnostic imaging

Patient population includes Level II Trauma Center and inpatient cases
-
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour day shifts)

No weekend or on-call requirements

13-week contract

Uses Epic EMR
-
No float requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of mammography experience required

Proficiency in screening and diagnostic mammography; must be MQSA compliant

Current BLS certification required (AHA only; no certifications expiring within 30 days of start)

ARRT certification required
-
Virginia state license required if applicable

US SSN required
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Perform general mammography services including screening and diagnostic imaging in support of a Level II Trauma Center

Caribbean Blue scrubs required; all attire must comply with Valley Health dress code policy

Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible — no local candidates will be considered
