Ascend Management Group is hiring a Business Development – Entry Level role in the Newington, CT area, for individuals looking to gain experience in sales, customer service, and business development.
As a Business Development – Entry Level, you will work directly with customers in a retail setting, support day-to-day sales activities, and learn the fundamentals of client engagement and communication. Paid training and hands-on mentorship are provided.

What You’ll Do as a Business Development - Entry Level:
- Connect with customers in a retail setting to educate them on available products and services while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Build strong client relationships through professional communication, active listening, and solution-oriented interactions.
- As a Business Development - Entry Level, support sales initiatives by helping customers make informed decisions and confidently guiding them through the process.
- Work alongside leadership teams to develop business strategies, sales goals, and improve customer engagement efforts.
- As a Business Development - Entry Level, monitor individual and team performance, sales goals, helping maintain momentum and productivity throughout campaigns.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions focused on leadership development, communication skills, and business growth.
