Job description:
We are a specialized outpatient clinic in Lexington, Kentucky, dedicated to providing advanced, evidence-based therapy services focused on treating the body's Interstitial and Fascial restrictions. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist and / or Physical Therapist to join our collaborative team.
The Therapist will provide specialized treatment focused on manual therapy and movement-based therapy in an outpatient setting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Apply manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular reeducation, functional therapeutic activities, functional therapeutic exercise, gait training, and patient education as appriate to improve joint mobility, soft tissue extensibility, pain reduction, and functional movement patterns.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with clinic policies, payer requirements, and state/federal regulations.
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on home programs, risk reduction strategies, and long-term management of conditions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment.
- Participate in and / or maintain state / federal requirements associated with your professional licensure.
- Contribute to program development, community outreach, and clinic quality improvement initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Master’s or Doctoral degree) ; Physical Therapy program (Master’s or Doctoral degree).
- Current, active Kentucky Occupational Therapist license or Physical Therapy license(or eligibility to obtain upon hire).
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong clinical reasoning, hands-on skills, and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Open mind to learn new things.

Physical Requirements
- Capability to lift, position, and transfer patients as needed (up to 50 lbs).
- Visual and auditory acuity sufficient for patient assessment and safety.
