Now Hiring: School-Age Teacher (Part-Time & Summer Opportunities Available!)
We are looking for an energetic and responsible School-Age Teacher to support and engage children in a fun, structured after-school environment. This position is perfect for high school students, college students, or anyone seeking a flexible schedule that balances school and work.
Schedule:
- School Year: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (approx. 15 hours/week)
- Summer: Full-time positions available (9:am -6pm)
Pay:
- Starting at $17/hour for candidates with prior experience and all required Indiana certifications (negotiable for the right candidate)
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and engage school-age children in a safe and supportive environment
- Assist children with homework and encourage positive study habits
- Plan and lead fun, age-appropriate activities (games, crafts, group play)
- Promote positive behavior, teamwork, and social development
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom space
- Communicate effectively with staff and families as needed

- Enjoy working with children and helping them succeed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to create a positive and structured environment
- Previous childcare experience preferred
- Must meet Indiana state-required training hours and certifications
