HOME TO STAY is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and HHAs to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care to seniors throughout Cape Cod.
Our caregivers assist with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship while helping clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes.
At HOME TO STAY, we believe exceptional home care is about more than completing a checklist. It’s about building meaningful relationships, sharing conversations over coffee, going for walks, helping with errands, and making a genuine difference in someone’s day.
Responsibilities
- Personal care and assistance with ADLs
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- **Transportation to appointments and errands**
- Companionship and engagement
Accurate documentation
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- **Excellent communication skills**
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- **Comfortable driving clients when needed**
Ability to work independently in a client’s home
