Position Summary
Grant Tire & Service, Moore Grant Goodyear, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in Alexandria, LA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
Recommend appropriate products and services, with a focus on tire sales
Close sales and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and inventory
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth customer experiences
Keep the sales area clean, organized, and customer-ready
Accurately document sales transactions and customer interactions
