About Us:
Cut 158 Chophouse is an upscale steakhouse located in the heart of downtown Joliet. Known for our elevated dining experience, hand-cut steaks, and exceptional service, we pride ourselves on offering guests a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a professional and hardworking Busser to join our front-of-house team.
Responsibilities:
- Support servers by bussing, clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room and service stations
- Assist with water, bussing, and silverware service during peak times
- Communicate effectively with servers to ensure smooth service
- Uphold fine dining service standards and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience (fine dining experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Must be reliable, punctual, and well-groomed
